As these are the races for the Alliance, there is the Horde, a group of character of darkness and evil, and they are as follows: blood elf, goblin, orc, tauren, forsaken, and the troll. Each one of these races of characters are armed with their very own unique abilities that are strengths, as it will only help enhance the character through their game play. Next, the player must then decide on what class they want to be. What this means is what will their characters special abilities be. The player can choose from the following: druid, mage, shaman, priest, rogue, warrior, warlock, death knight, paladin, and hunter. Each one of these classes are fit with special abilities that no other classes are able to be strong in. From this point, the character is complete after the player designs any facial hair, tattoos, so on and so forth. Once game play begins, the player is able to contact other friends they have on the system, or make friends through their game play. WOW is a world filled with countless missions that can be done at the discretion of the player, and the key to success through this game is creating a team of players, bringing together all of their most unique skills to form an unbeatable team. Every other year, there are expansions added onto the overall game, giving players more levels to play, more weapons and armor to wear, more powers, more animals, other story lines, and more levels to upgrade to. This game itself has become a phenomena among game players who love playing fantasy games. Currently, the last recorded number for people subscribed to this game is 11.4 million, and it is holding the Guinness Book of World Records for most subscribers to an online video game. However, over time, people either grow out of this game, or they simply get so caught up in their lives that they wind up not having time for serious game play. In time, all of the characters and stories these players have gotten themselves involved with simply sit by until the player comes back, that's assuming they come back. Well, now, creators of World of Warcraft have created the Scroll of Resurrection to bring back game players that have stepped away from this world of fantasy.

The Scroll of Resurrection was created within the last year with the sole purpose of providing past players of WOW with an offer they couldn't refuse. Members of World of Warcraft have access to the Scroll of Resurrection through their accounts. When this scroll is sent, it doubles over as an invitation, asking past players to come back to the World of Warcraft and continue their game play by activating their past account, and indulge themselves with a free 10 day trial period of game play. These invitations can only be sent through e-mail, and the creators of the Scroll of Resurrection suggest sending this to the current e-mail address so it will guarantee the person will definitely see it. The perk that is received upon the person that sends out this scroll will be credited a free full month of game play to their account. Here are the stipulations, the active player can only send the scroll to five people at a time. They can send more to friends they know and have gained through playing WOW, but they must wait until the friends name is cleared from the slot, and once that happens, they can choose another friend's email address to enter into the slot. When the Scroll of Resurrection is sent, the invited individual has a certain amount of time to accept the scroll before it expires. Once it expires, the offer is no longer available to them. Should they accept, they will have 10 days to play a certain part of WOW for free. Should they complete the trial, and follow up in re-activating their account, the person who sent the invitation will earn the free one month game credit to their account. By going through the World of Warcraft website can all individuals find the Scroll of Resurrection and all directions that come along with it as far as how to send it. If the invited individual plays the trial but does not activate their account, the original sender of the Scroll of Resurrection will not receive the free activation for the month.
